Join us for Boca Bistro’s Annual Dreaming Tree Wine Dinner on Wednesday, July 15th at 6PM. Enjoy a harmonious blend of notes and flavors as you indulge in 5 delicious courses, each accompanied by Dreaming Tree Wine.
1st Course
Heirloom Tomatoes & Burrata
Sherry-chorizo gastrique, crushed Marcona almonds, and grilled garlic breadcrumbs.
Paired with Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course
Seared Butterflied Shrimp
Lemon beurre blanc, shrimp roe, parsley emulsion, and chives
Paired with Dreaming Tree Chardonnay
3rd Course
Grilled Bistro Steak
Za’atar tuile, pomegranate-blackberry reduction, Toasted pine nut dukkah
