This summer, Boca Bistro is proud to host the 10th Dreaming Tree Wine Dinner, a special annual event that has become a favorite tradition in Saratoga Springs.
Join us on Wednesday, July 15th at 6PM for an evening of food, wine, and inspired pairings featuring The Dreaming Tree Wines, created by musician Dave Matthews and winemaker Sean McKenzie. Known for approachable, expressive wines made for sharing, Dreaming Tree is a natural fit for an evening built around great food, lively conversation, and memorable moments at the table.
This year’s five-course dinner will feature a chef-curated menu, with each course paired with a Dreaming Tree wine.
The Menu
1st Course
Heirloom Tomatoes & Burrata
Sherry-chorizo gastrique, crushed Marcona almonds, and grilled garlic breadcrumbs.
Paired with Dreaming Tree Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course
Seared Butterflied Shrimp
Lemon beurre blanc, shrimp roe, parsley emulsion, and chives.
Paired with Dreaming Tree Chardonnay
3rd Course
Grilled Bistro Steak
Za’atar tuile, pomegranate-blackberry reduction, and toasted pine nut dukkah.
Paired with Dreaming Tree Cabernet Sauvignon
4th Course
Sesame Crusted Tuna
Microgreen salad, pickled red onion, black garlic-soy sauce, and mango jalapeño gels.
Paired with Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir
5th Course
Citrus Curd Cheesecake
Brown butter crust, watermelon syrup, spiced glazed pistachios, and mint whipped cream.
