Restaurant Manager

Tiffany joined DZ Restaurants in January of 2010 as a server and Hostess. In 2012 Tiffany was promoted to the postion of Restaurant Manager spending time at both Chianti Il Ristorante and Boca Bistro before becoming a full-time Restaurant Manager at Boca Bistro in 2015.

Tiffany’s first experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry was as a busser at Publik House in Malta, NY. Prior to joining DZ Restaurants, Tiffany held the position of Server in countless restaurants nationwide including Florida, Delaware and North Carolina before eventually settling down in New York.

“The restaurant business is thrilling and exciting, like jumping out of an airplane. It’s an adrenaline rush, but you know you’re not out there alone. You’re with a team all working for the same goal; which is to provide the guest with the best experience possible.”

Since arriving at Boca Bistro, Tiffany has built one of the most eccentric and diverse craft beer lists in Saratoga Springs; regularly bringing in rare and hard to find labels that draw guests from as far away as Vermont.

As a Restaurant Manager and the mother of two beautiful daughters she has time for little else. and she’s ok with that.
