Richard joined DZ Restaurants in May of 2016 as a Restaurant Manager at Boca Bistro.
Prior to joining DZ, Richard worked as a Food Service Manager at Price Chopper and a Service manager at Olive Garden. His first experience working in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry was as a Host at Olive Garden at the age of 22. It wasn’t long before he had worked his way up to Service Manager where he was responsible for Front of the House Staffing and Administrative duties, scheduling, inventory and all aspects of the Bar.
Richards’ approach to management and the guest experience is that everything should be flawless from when the guest walks in the door until they leave. Treating each guest as you would in your own home is the cornerstone of Richard’s Customer Service Philosophy.

Richard enjoys softball, his Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and above all, his infant son Henry and his fiancée Alexandra to whom he became recently engaged.
